Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NEXORA Business. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. If you use the platform for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
1. The service
NEXORA Business is a web platform for managing customers, suppliers, inventory, quotes, orders, invoices, payments, expenses, team members and reports. A free plan is available; paid plans unlock higher limits and advanced reports. Features and plan limits are described on the pricing page and inside the application.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate contact details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One free workspace per person; abuse of the free tier (multiple accounts, fraudulent sign-ups) may lead to suspension. You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Plans, billing and refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) through PayPal. Prices are shown in the application currency and may change with at least 30 days’ notice for renewing subscribers. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period, except where required by law or for documented service unavailability. 4. Fair use
Reasonable rate limits apply (for example, AI assistant messages per hour, authentication attempts, exports). You may not: use the platform for unlawful goods or services, upload malicious code, attempt to breach tenant isolation, resell raw AI output as a competing AI service, or overload the service with automated bulk traffic without agreement.
5. Your data and content
You own the data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data. Advertising on public pages is limited to Google AdSense and never uses your private business records. Data protection details are in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its design, code, branding and documentation are owned by NEXORA Business. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the software. Documents you generate (invoices, quotes) with your own branding belong to you.
7. Availability, disclaimers and liability
We target high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data arising from use of third-party services (hosting, payments, AI providers) beyond our control.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create legal/security risk. You may close your account at any time in-app; closing deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Contact: ahmedbecetti41@gmail.com.
